I am using tp-link 8 port gigabit smart poe switch for my home network and it works really great. the switch is easy to use and is backed by a solid three year warranty and lifetime technical support. the switch has both standard and smart functions and the smart functions can be configured through the tether app. the switch is a great solution for medium sized homes and small offices. it works perfectly with ip cameras and i have had no issues with my ip cameras getting disconnected.

The tp-link 8 port gigabit smart poe switch with 2 combo sfp slots is a great product with many features. the only negative point is that it is a bit expensive.
