Super easy to use right out of the box. A lot of attachments to suit any need. Excellent result, we tried on a regular window, shower door, and a car window. So happy with this tool!!

I wasn't super impressed with this setup. It is 2 separate pieces. It has a spray bottle with cloth attachment and the other piece is a squegee with a vacuum. The squegee is loud and leaves behind streaks. Id rather use a cleaner and paper towel for the windows and doors.

Appalling -still haven’t received my order from 12th March. Was told by Karcher that I couldn’t have a refund be suspected delivery company had my item - they’d failed to deliver about 10 times so I asked for a refund. Spent hours finally getting a refund agreed to ion 25th March, email said it would take 10 working days -still not refunded on 23rd April. Can’t even get through in the phone now. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE - UTTERLY APPALLING - BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY
