The watch itself “seems” to be new but you could imagine my disappointment as I am literally just unpackaging this and seeing how horribly the box is. As seen in the images it looks like mold and obvious scratches on the black part. If this was a returned watch the least that could have been done is place it in a new box or don’t send this to someone at all! This is supposed to be a gift and I am so embarrassed to present this which looks like it has been rotting for ages. Unacceptable and disgusting
