Perfect size (for airline hand luggage), fits a laptop, very handy pockets and very comfortable to wear or carry. It also washes well in the washing machine on a low wash.

Very poor quality of fabric. This black backpack is very stiff and discoloured. I wrote to customer service and they responded that this was due to standard wear. Funny, because I never used it. Customer service is very unhelpful and do not want to help. I will never buy this brand again.

Easy and quick to purchase online, very happy with the products, seem good quality. Took a little while to arrive but the purchase was made during peak busy season so that was fair enough. Will definitely shop again at anaconda.
