This is a high-quality product that works well. It was at a very good price and represented excellent value for the money spent. It has good weight, excellent heat management and long battery life. It performs all my tasks very quickly and the colour is perfect. This is the perfect laptop for all my needs and will serve me well for many years.

This device is now a paper-weight for me. Doesn’t run fairly straight forward programs like most of the Adobe Creative Suite apps (have to use buggy Beta’s), games are said to be made for ARM processors but when loading, it turns out additional software for each game blocks its ability to load. Would return in a heartbeat but disposed of the packaging, now it’s being given to my wife who uses less programs and going back to my old Surface Pro 7. Very disappointing, not in HN, but in Microsoft.

Had this product for around 1 month now and it's a real upgrade from my previous laptop. Love the overall feel of this laptop very slim and easy to carry around, sound and screen quality is very good. Would recommend to other people in the market for a laptop
