Continental Sommardäck VancoCamper 215/75R16C, 116/114R TL

These tires feel much nicer, the sound is also a lot more pleasant. For us this is the ideal camper tire.

Very stable tire on our motorhome. I chose the tire because our camper has a very rear-heavy weight distribution. Previously drove the ContiVanContact 100, but it wore out very quickly! The Continental VancoCamper makes a better impression so far.

There are only 2 or 3 suppliers of tires in this dimension for campers. The tire itself is fine. Unfortunately I had to renew all tires with 30,000 km. 1 tire had a crack / cut in the negative profile over a length of about 50 cm. 1 tire had small cracks under the cleat in the negative profile. 1 tire had longer cracks in the tunnel area inside. 1 tire was in profile, even negative profile fine cracks like an old tire. Shoulder was alright. Complaint at Continental. Result: External influence, ozone effect !!!! ha ha ha. Ozone when in use for about 80 days and parking place in the carport in the shade. Crack / cut in the negative profile, how can this happen? Can not cut with knife. Allegedly drove over sharp-edged object and that in the negative profile. Unfortunately, there is no alternative, otherwise I would never buy a tire from Continental again. There is a similar case on the internet. Here was the cut all around in the negative profile!

You really notice less road noise straight away so it's a lot more pleasant ride.

Drive 3.5 t motorhome mainly on long-haul, after 65,000 km were still about 3 mm available, bought the same tires again
