Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure är ett all terrain-däck som ofta väljs för sin höga hållbarhet och sitt punkteringsmotstånd tack vare den förstärkta konstruktionen. Användare och tester nämner återkommande det goda greppet på olika underlag som grus, lera och vått gräs, samtidigt som däcket är förvånansvärt bekvämt och relativt tyst på motorväg för den här typen av mönster. Det ger också pålitligt fäste i regn och lätt snö, vilket gör det lämpligt för förare som ibland kör vid sidan av asfalten året runt. Den långa livslängden och fabriksgarantin ses som stora plus. Nackdelarna är framför allt det högre inköpspriset jämfört med vissa konkurrenter och något mer vägbuller än med rena sommar- eller landsvägsdäck. Däcket passar bäst för SUV- och 4x4-förare som prioriterar slitstyrka och terrängegenskaper men ändå vill ha bra komfort på väg.

For the past ten years or so, it seems to me that Good Year has been orienting its Wrangler All-Terrain range more towards on-road use than on track or, moreover, off-road. The advantage is comfort and safety on tar; the downside is the relative lack of grip in deep snow or mud. New, they have a crossing capacity that their worn predecessors had at 50%! But I make special use of my vehicle (25% off piste). Good Year products are of high quality, but this supplier should not only sell "road" tires.
