I brought this sub to work with the Harmon Karden stereo in my Range Rover. It works so well with this car. I've had bigger subs in previous cars with less kick. For a 8 inch this thing really does crack a punch. Only 2 little things with it. Alpine please re write the instructions. A single piece of A4 paper is total rubbish. I would prefer a full grill over the front as being in the boot the speaker will easily get damaged. Apart from that. You gotta get one.

I have had this fitted in our car for several weeks now and I am still amazed by tight bass response it kicks out. At this price point there is nothing out there which can touch it, Alpine build-quality has never been so attainable.

Great sound and bass Have it a small car and this bass give much bass,. Now I have 2 unit SWE 815. In ligier I use rca kabel and in volvo l use high input speaker. #ligier

Certainly punchy in my smart car. Literally the perfect size for my tiny boot. Packs a strong punch, but I would say if you want MEGA car shaking you might need to look for a bigger, higher wattage sub. Certainly alpine quality.

This little gizmo literally ruined all my car interior and especially all inner details rear side (this is my fault because i should consider the car age and how loud i should listen to this). Produces a massive bass. Came very nice packed. I installed it in one hour time by myself - you might need different lenght of wires but you can buy them for couple of quid. Would recommend to enybody who looks for good quality base, Very good buy
