Turned up quick and in perfect condition and has been well used..

If you're a professional, the original Canon brand inks are the only way to go. They last the longest and provide the most accurate colors without fading. I have prints six years old that still look perfect. I get about 20 13x19 prints per black cartridge so they quickly pay for themselves.

I use black ink regularly and have never had a problem with the cartridge or coloring. The black is dark, and it lasts a while.

The Pixma Pro-100 and its ChromaLife100 ink (CLI-42) produce great looking images. I use almost exclusively Canson Infinity fine art papers (mat finish). The detail and color depth and quality are excellent. There are however two draw backs. 1) ink cost. It is definitely not the cheapest printer to operate. These are small cartridges and if you are printing full sized 19x13 prints in any significant volume, you will need to plan on keeping spares on hand. 2) It is a dye-based ink versus the pigment-based ink of its higher end cousins. Dye inks are not truly archival grade inks, like the pigment inks of the Pro-1, Pro-10, and Pro-1000.

Never had a problem swapping out cartridges. Out and in with little effort. Easy-peasy
