Canon Multipack 2x PG-560XL + 1x CL-561XL

Next day delivery recycling return postaged included

I purchased Black & Colour Ink for my Printer. However, at first after 'new' Black ink, was inserted in Printer, I got message, 'This Black Ink is empty, please use a full ink'. Took replacement ink out of printer, visual check of contacts. Replaced the 'new' Black ink, into printer. Got Same message each time? 4 times altogether, before the printer suddenly said, 'Processing'. Eventually, the printer accepted, the new ink. I cannot reason why this happened? The Black Ink, that Canon supplied me with, to date, appears to be functioning correctly. No problem with Printer on exchanging Colour ink,

Bought individual as packs were out of stock. At least it was the XL one as I have lots of photocopying and printing to do.

Purchased 3 weeks ago. Great product great price delivered quickly.

Most impressive for me is the inbuilt re-ordering system, which leads you to the right product. Very pleased.
