I had a Xerox laser printer that I used generic toner in. It died, so I made sure to use only genuine HP toner in our HP printer.

Always order my office ink from Amazon! Can't beat the price anywhere, and there not refurbished!! Recommend!

Had problems with my new HP 476MFP laser printer after installing "cost-effective" compatible toner cartridges. Printouts had colored striping on every page.Cleaned rollers, removed, wiped and reinstalled cartridges. Nothing I did worked.Then I bought genuine HP toner cartridges and problems immediately disappeared. Expensive, but only way to go if you want perfect copies.
