After 1 year of purchase I notice the crack on the lid, right where the hinge is, I am very carefull with this computer and electical devices so I know it was not due to an accident or a bad practice. It is evident that the hinge mechanism is not good because this was caused by the act of opening and closing the screen (again, I do this every time very carefully). The hinge is too strong for the lid/screen material or the lid is too weak for the hinge. Also the frame of the screen detached from the screen itself somehow, I have never seen this hapening in a laptop. I tried to contact the vendor but never had response. Bad luck for me. The performance is good enough for rendering, image editing and so on and the desing is very nice but the hardware is not good. Now the battery only last 1 hour at the most. I wouldn't buy again.

Did the update on the software when I got the PC and now have the Blue screen of death. Haven't been able to use the pc.

Solid machine, performs very well. I had an issue with the laptop where it started blue screening after I had it for a few weeks. Working with the seller was easy. We determined it was the SSD. The shipped out a new one, I swapped out the drive, and all has been perfect ever since. This is the kind of support other sellers should strive for. Zoltan made it easy.

very nice machine - only had it a few months but works great. i use it for pretty much everything as well as programming - w/ sql server and visual studio - doing programs for myself for bills and reminders etc. just simple desktop stuff. but - this is very fast - excellent graphics - even though i use a huge separate monitor. processor is good to handle everything

After 30 days later, it's first started to be becoming slow and frizzed. Now it's totally dying laptop battery all time. I don't have anything in this laptop. I just use it for my personal email checking, etc. It is really the worst laptop I have ever seen in my life. I contacted the supplier and shared my problem, but they told me that they can’t take the return because 30 days already passed. To be honest it is my bitter experience of buying costly electronic items from Amazon. So, nobody please buy costly gadget items from Amazon.
