HP 932XL & 933X Combo Pack 4 färger

I thought it was suspicious that I could not see the warranty date. Each pack had a label carefully stuck over the warranty date. When I pulled them off the warranty dates were March 2023, Dec 2023 and July 2021 ! I hope I can use them up while they still good.

I bought these a few months ago (Jan 2024) to have available when needed. When I came to use one of them, the printer reported a faulty ink system and would not boot up completely. I removed the “new” cartridge and noticed that the warranty end date printed on the cartridge was June 2020. I reinstalled the old depleted cartridge and the printer at least booted up again. All of the remaining cartridges in the shipment are also out of date. The stock sticker was placed strategically on the box to cover the expiration date. It is well past the return date so will just have to absorb the £84 lost but will not be ordering ink from Amazon again. I have placed an order directly with HP and just hope the printer will still work. Very disappointed. Update: printer completely failed even trying new (very expensive) ink from HP. Had to buy a new printer. Frustrating.

Quick delivery but all the cartridges were out of date, I’ll see how well they work when fitted.

I am a tutor and bought replacement cartridges in readiness for my busiest period end March this year, 2024. when I finally installed the black cartridge my printer gave me a notification that the cartridge is damaged. when I took it out I noticed the warranty ended 1/21. I am outside the warranty. I thought I was buying new cartridges, fit for purpose. very expensive!! cant use any of them. Hoping the next lot will be ok, within warranty and acceptable.

I only received the black and the box is damaged. When do I get the rest of the cartridges??
