I only had the printer for a week now so I can't comment on the ink usage. What I can say is that the print quality is great. Crisp, vibrant colours. It prints a bit slower than expected. I googled how to install the printer on U Tube- you do need your phone to start the installation. It was easy. Makes good copies and. I love HP and can recommend this printed.
