Having sold all my blue Bosch 10,8 system, I am now building on Makita’s 10,8/12V CXT System to complement my comprehensive Makita 18V LXT system. First out was this drill and the electronic impact driver. It is a huge difference from Bosch, the brushless Motors and the electronic control is understated from Makita, this is really good! With constant electronic power control and variable electronic speed control, these lightweight drills should everyone own. Used as a screwdriver, it has the control with screws I have only found on much more expensive machines. It runs forever on a 2Ah battery, weight is second to none compared to 18V. This means you can use this in prolonged work, without getting tired. Highly recommended! Tip: This is also delivered as a screwdriver only,, which makes it one of the shortest drivers, for the price, also one of the best.
