Reliable brand and does a good job. Always appreciate having the lift up mechanism to check both sides of toast are getting done evenly. If not turn them round. Different bread needs different timing!

Cheaply built. No better than a £30 toaster. Returned.

Ive had Dualit products in the past and they are good quality, I’m in the process of changing my kitchen so haven’t actually used this new one yet

Toasts evenly, different functions work well. Being able to check progress during toasting is useful. Good design, looks good.
