I REPLACED THIS FOR MY OLD ONE THE SAME MODEL BUT MINE WAS A LOT SLOWER THIS TOASTER IS SO QUICK AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY THIS IS THE 3RD RUSSELL HOBBS TOASTER I HAVE PURCHASED SINCE THE 1980'S

My only real annoyance with this toaster is the slots aren't tall enough for an average slice of bread. You have to really push it in to toast the whole slice and then it's difficult to get it back out.

I really don't recommend this toaster. It does not toast evenly, burns things half the time, even if you don't change the setting from your previous toasting, and disappoints. Too bad, since I quite like Russell Hobbs products. They failed here.

This toaster is useless.I can give it 1 star rating as on its lowest setting it tested all my smoke alarms..Cant be bothered to return so down to the dump it goes after one days use. Buyer beware

Do not buy this toaster it is hopless. It either burns one side or leaves it untoasted. The browning level does not seem to work. Sadly now got the added hassle of returning. Go to a shop and buy one
