I bought this to be delivered. It was sent to a store for pick up. I called saying I didn't want pick up. They said ok. We will ship it out to you. When I received it, the packaging was open and most of the product was missing. By this time I was disgusted with the service. The idea of driving to the store to return or sending it back infuriated me. I just figured I won't be shopping at Kohl's any more.

Love this product! I was impressed with No.7 products for dry skin but this is a game changer. I do caution those with really sensitive skin. It can sting around the eyes but lk my mom always said…that’s how you can tell it’s working haha

This stuff is awesome. It really makes me look younger than I am.

Seemed to arrive already used. Also noticing this with other Sephora at Kohls products. Gross
