A good machine Looks quality and does a good job my only constructive criticism is that it's not easy to clean the brushes due to the problem of access to them. On the pro pet model you can strip the head down easier for cleaning purposes.

I recently purchased this carpet cleaner and was pleasantly surprised with ease of use! It cleans very well , my carpets look like new and they are over 16 years old! If you are thinking of getting one I would say go ahead it is worth it!

I moved into a new house where they had kept a dog. The cleaner was used throughout the house to clean the carpets and it cleaned them thoroughly taking away the 'wet dog' smell in the house.

I was cleaning carpets and it does a great job. Although I'm not too keen on the handle design it could be better for easier use over the longer term.

Really happy I bought this and I can't say how easy it is to use this. Unlike the fully automatic liquid dispenser models out there you will have full control on how to clean. The instructions were very clear and it's a breeze to clean with this. Drying time is also quick. I started with one room and by the time I reached my third room, the first one was all dry and ready to use. And this was on a gloomy winter day without any sun. The only reason I ga e it one star less than full is because when I use it with spot cleaning or stair cleaning attachment, the main roller still keeps rotating even though I am using only the spot cleaning attachment. Felt like waste of energy and unnecessary. Another small issue I had is the complexity in cleaning the main roller section. I managed to clean it but had to struggle a bit. But I plan to use it only once every 6 months. So not a big issue.
