Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Multi Floor 2 Dammsugare

Very good experience shopping with you, like usual.

The motor burnt out on our 9 year old Dyson and we were happy enough with it to replace it with a Dyson Cinetic big ball Multifloor. The machine is excellent; vacuuming well, and light enough to carry around. Emptying it is easy enough. The on/off switch and cord retraction switch look a bit fragile. The major disappointment was the Multi Floor Head. This was no where near as good as either the hard floor tool or the carpet tool of our previous Dyson. The head tends to scratch the wooden floor and drags badly on the carpet. Fortunately, Dyson include an adapter so that we can continue using our old Dyson fittings. Shame about the head though.

I usually love dyson. This is my fourth dyson and I am very disappointed. !!!! Trying to empty the dust into the bin is a nightmare. Dust goes everywhere. I finished vacuuming my floor and more occasions than not the barrel has come lose and I have to pick up all the dust with a dust pan and vacuum again !!! I am not sure after this one if I will buy another dyson !!!

I have always been a huge fan and promoter of Dyson vacuum cleaners but am disappointed with this model. Suction is great and that is where it ends for me. The arm and ball I find heavy and after holding the “finger trigger” for a period of time as well as directing the arm, my hand wants to give up. I find the arm length lacking and even after looking up how to extend it I have had no joy in getting it to a comfortable length. Overall I find it a chore to use. Maybe I purchased the wrong model.
