I gifted this scent to my father for his birthday. I thought it would be ideal for him as a Mercedes driver. At that time, I really hadn’t gotten into perfumes yet. When he unwrapped it on his birthday, my father was surprised. In fact, he didn’t use it, as he generally wasn’t much of a fragrance wearer back then. So I snagged it for myself. Essentially, one can say: It’s solid. For someone who is 50+, doesn’t know much about perfumes, and doesn’t place much value on them, it might be a good choice. As already described here, the synthetic aspect plays a big role. Along with a light (very light) fruity note and a bit of freshness. But that’s about it. The scent reminds me of a random shower gel that you just grab in any drugstore without thinking. The longevity is more or less okay. A maximum of 3 hours; anyone expecting more from such scents is unfortunately not being realistic.

Get up and dive into pepper after the shower. The scent strongly reminds me of Dior Fahrenheit in its character, but completely without the gas station fire flavor. The pepper notes are strong, dominant, and very masculine, lasting throughout the day. Those looking for complexity are in the wrong place with Mercedes-Benz Man Intense. However, if you're in the mood for compliments without taking too much of a risk, this is a go-to. The sillage is powerful and can certainly fill a room. Since the citrus notes are quite subtle in the background, the strong peppery note gives the wearer a commanding presence. Perfect for the office. For going out, I find it too one-dimensional and flat.

First of all: I'm not a fan of this fragrance, I really just don't like it. I bought this scent back then because I thought the name was cool, less because I found the fragrance truly appealing. Overall, this scent reminds me of Dior Sauvage, but simply without the "punch." The Mercedes Benz Intense has the same sweet, perhaps spicy freshness as Dior Sauvage, just without the peppery notes. So basically, it's just boring. The top note starts extremely sweet, and after the dry down, that lessens and the soft fresh notes take over. The bottle is pretty cool, but that's about it. For me, it's just not a good, nice fragrance. If someone likes it, that's fine; the price-performance ratio is definitely there.
