Kensington Contour 2.0 Executive Balance Laptop Spinner - Notebook-väska - 15.6"

For Kensington user who has use this roller bag before, DO NOT BUY IT. Sorry, but I have to say, this "NEW DESIGN" was not the bag what you knew anymore. I can understand company need to redesign product for cost saving, but when you got the package deliver to your hand, and you feel the box like empty one - that's mean the cost saving destroy the product. First, the handle is loose and shaking. The zipper is not the strong Kensington zipper anymore, cheaper, much much much more cheaper than original one. the inside - man, smell like made by plastic waste. Not even mention the "cost saving" inside bag, not sure it can handle my power adapter or not. Next step, you know what I will do. I have to say, Amazon service still great, but this Kensington bag, speechless...

This is a good bag... has plenty of storage space for decent sized laptops

Unfortunately, this was not the best investment for me. I had to use this bag for a couple of months( about twice a week to get things around a couple of blocks) and the wheels on this bag got worn out so quickly i was not able to use the bag again after first months of try. the wheels now making the most loud noise on the pavements and floors. So I can't use it any longer for my job or travel.the overall appearance of this bag is fine and it the inserts and compartments are great though. It has the issues with the wheels durability.

I should have listened to other reviewers. A friend has this identical-looking bag, but bought it years ago. There is definitely a difference between his and mine. His has held up very well, it's sturdy, the arm doesn't wiggle and it's clearly taken abuse and is still in great shape. Mine looks good, has a good amount of room for all the files and two computers I travel with, but after only a few weeks I'm worried the arm is going to break off. I'll continue to use it for the time it holds up, but am saving up for a much better bag.

I love the design of this bag, for my purposes it is just about perfect. HOWEVER the materials used in it's construction have to be the cheapest on the planet. The telescopic arm wobbles, and feels like will break any second. Not only is the fabric cheap, thin and crinkly, it smells like horrible chemicals. The smell took about 5 minutes to permeate my entire office. I know someone who had the previous version, which has an almost identical design and they warned me that the new ones just did not hold a candle to the older ones. It seems that Kensington decided to re-factor the bag with cheaper materials and processes to make more money and in the process they ruined what by all accounts was a awesome laptop roller. Until Kensington returns to the old materials, construction and design, I would stay away from this bag.
