Serves the general use of school material but would not use for overall purposes or business. The handles are fucntional but flimsy and the 'dual handle' construction is awkward especially with the telescoping handle extended.

Around 2001, I bought the same bag because I was in an auto accident and couldn’t carry my laptop and other essentials due to a back injury. Fast forward to 2023. I was in an accident resulting in a back injury. When I returned to work, I started using my old bag from 2001. It was still in good shape, but the plastic part inside of the divider had deteriorated and crumbled to the bottom of the divider. So it took me a while to decide if it was worth it to replace my bag because it’s still functional. But because my back still hurts and this one is slightly larger, it will allow me to put everything in one bag and not carry anything. I searched for about a month and finally found that your site still sells what I was looking for! It’s perfect! Thank you so much!

The handle was the issue for me. It stopped telescoping after a year or so. It would no longer release and raise or lower. The small plastic button broke. It was basically useless after this. If the button fails, it is done. There were no replacements.

I bought this bag Dec 2022 after 2 back surgeries when I needed to return back in the office.. After less than 4 months, the wheels were falling apart. I purchased a 2 year warranty on the bag, but it can't be used until the one year warranty expires. I wasted alot of time with customer service. I will never buy another laptop bag from Office Depot and furthermore limit any future purchases . Unfortunately, I could send back, but the warranty doesn't cover shipping cost for the return. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with this situation.
