Excellent shredder to replace another Fellowes shredder that is 15+ years old. But for such an expensive shredder ($1228 on Amazon), I am REALLY disappointed in the cardboard receptacle. My older one had a plastic receptacle. What gives?

My machine arrived with one broken wheel which was replaced. Other than that the machine is great.

We love all the features especially the auto shut off. In the past, someone would walk away from the shredder thinking it would automatically turn off.
