Bought this shredder in Mid-April after trying and returning another brand and being totally disappointed with it. This shredder does as advertised, and I find it works well. My one criticism is that it is extremely difficult to empty a full bin into a trash bag. I recommend a simple improvement which should solve this problem. A grip or handle should be placed on the bottom of the bin near the front, so when it is inverted into a trash bag, there is something to hold onto. If the shredder had this one improvement, I would give it a 5.
