Bought this for my nephew for Christmas 2022, it stopped working just before Christmas 2023, called the 0800 number for customer service also emailed them, no reply, found a place out of town for repair and turns out it’s more than a battery replacement and would cost the same as to buy a new one, I don’t recommend

There is w things I found 1. No battery display that how much battery is charged or left. 2. It's expensive, can get better product in this price

Just small issue as it came mostly made up the brake handle was facing rider. Took few attempts but once corrected he was away
