Philips Sonicare Diamondclean 9000 Hx9911/17 Eltandborste

Riktigt bra tandborste till ett bra pris. Tänderna blir rena och den är lätt att borsta med. Sedan tar den bort nästan allt plack. Tidigare kände jag mig som en hund när jag gick till tandläkaren, men nu har jag i stort sett ingen plack alls. Lätt att koppla till telefon-appen och den synkar även i efterhand om man inte har den uppkopplad vid tandborstning.

Supernöjd! Känslan efter varje tandborstning är som efter ett besök hos tandhygienisten, rent, lent och fräscht! Något hög ljudnivå men det är ok.

The product itself is great and I love the toothbrush on how effective it is at cleaning my teeth and holding charge for many days.However I have noticed that the long term endurance and reliability is questionable. The design and build quality of the toothbrush is not as robust as it used to be. For example the case to carry it for charging when on trips isn't very strong and breaks after a few months.Previous sonicare toothbrushes have failed at the button (so the toothbrush turns on my itself and depletes charge so the battery fails. Also the toothbrush head mounting spigot is also weak so that after a while it becomes loose.Personally I think these are the best electric toothbrush products so will continue to buy them but I do think that Phillips have deliberately made them fail to ensure people buy new ones. Obsolescense designed in from the start.

Have had two of these and they stop working properly after 6-24 months - starts turning itself on without touching it and then it ends up not working at all

Bought this toothbrush despite the expensive price tag as wanted a good toothbrush. The product itself is amazing and my teeth deffinetly feel cleaner. Especially deep in all the gaps. My only problem is the battery life as it is not as advised. Literally 2 days after charging it the low power LED starts flashing. It's so frustrating. Tried to speak to customer services about it and have had no success in getting it sorted.
