Beurer FT 58 är en örontermometer med infraröd teknik som ger resultat på sekunder och även kan mäta objekt- och rumstemperatur, vilket gör den mångsidig. Praktiska extrafunktioner är feberalarm, smiley-ikoner och minne för 10 mätningar samt medföljande skyddshättor och förvaringsbox. Samtidigt visar flera användaromdömen att mätningarna ibland blir tydligt för låga och därmed opålitliga, särskilt vid upprepade mätningar. Den erbjuder bara öronmätning utan kontaktfritt eller pannläge och saknar bakgrundsbelyst display, vilket gör nattanvändning svårare. Sammantaget är den bekväm och multifunktionell, men inte det bästa valet om du behöver mycket hög noggrannhet.

Works well, but beeps when you use it to measure temperature. And for a baby nothing should beep in their ear otherwise they start crying, or wake up when sleeping. Removed 1x star due to the beeping. Removed another start because the setting are difficault to manage. You have to press two buttons at the same time to switch between contact mode and ear mode. But it is not that simple. And at night when you get random errors and you press buttons and the thing beeps it is not great. But it works well. These are just the things I didn't like.

This product has a excellent storage case that is very helpfull. however for baby use in the night it is difficult. it has no backlight. you will need a light to read the temperature.

This product worked perfectly for the first 2 months, however it stopped recording properly after that. Consistently gave readings of 32 degrees, even on my toddler that had a temp of 39!(confirmed by Dr) the box says it has a 6 year guarantee but it's not returnable through takealot!
