I didnt give 4 stars for the following three reasons: 1: this is the only remote control Ive ever had that didnt come with batteries. 2: it doesnt have the direct buttons for some subscription channels, you have to click through to find it. 3: Doesnt indicate anywhere on the remote the brand make, so it looks like any other one for all remotes and could get mixed up with other controllers.
