Yamaha RX-V4A Högprestations AV-mottagare

I bought the reciever 34 days ago but it failed. It sounded great before it died. I would say that the display was too small to read and the menu system was rather basic and laggy. There were only 4 HDMI inputs and not Atmos or DTS:X support. Richer Sounds were absolutely brilliant though. I was 2 days out of the refund or exchange deadline, it they authorised a refund or exchange without hesitation. I have a Denon amp now with Atmos and DTSX support and a much better user interface, sounds great too

The first RXV4A-BLK bought early in the year failed completely after a short tme. However your service subquently was excelent and the new replacement is now working very well as expected.Just one sugestion is that some of us for various reasons (in my case being in the late 80's and having had a stroke) struggle with the initial set up. I would have been happy to pay up to say £100 up have it all set up and working To repeat, your sevice was superb, thank you.

Have now had this product for four months and so pleased with it. Picture and sound quality far exceed the reasonably priced unit. The various sound modes should really suit all tastes, I personally use the Straight Mode for most of my viewing. Easy to set up with clear concise instructions. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone

Bought this to replace my old one, it took me a little while to set it up correctly but what a sound. Excellent

Paired with klipsch speakers its a great amp good functionality and can handle the speakers very well at high volume
