Does not compare to my older xxl single basket that can be used with all the after market accessories like the pizza maker & grill tray. Takes longer to cook & does not crisp as well. The small basket takes even longer even though the pre-sets for both baskets are the same. The steam function is good but would have been more usable if it was available in both baskets.The fan seems to work intermittently which may contribute to the slowness of the cooking. I have to add 1/2 as long again to cooking time to get the same results as the xxl.It is easier to clean than previous models.

I bought an airfryer in November last year and have not been able to use it, as there is no accessible manual for me to learn from. It sits in its black enormity on my small kitchen bench, unused and rapidly becoming obsolete. I have requested assistance, in writing, on your questionnaires, but no one has responded. Customer service, even a hint, over four months - nil, hence the rating.

We bought the dual basket air fryer at Christmas and it has been in constant use. It cooks things very well, but it helps if you have a recipe to guide you. I found it easy to download instructions and then print them out for easy access. I have used the steam air fry function and this also works well but I need more experience with this. It is extremely easy to clean - 5 stars for this. It is also very strong and well constructed - 5 stars for this. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and think it is well worth the price I paid, because it is not cheap, but in this case you get a very good product.

I love my new air fryer . It was hard at first with no instructions how to use but once I downloaded some instructions off internet it was so much easier. Shop assistants don’t know much about the machine either especially the good guys hence why I purchased my machine at Harvey Norman.
