Daddario Varigrip Adjustable Hand Exerciser

It's inexpensive and small, and it's great for working weak points and building calluses. Would highly recommend to anybody who plays a stringed instrument.

It works. Nothing fancy, just a hand/finger exerciser. Good brand. I have average size hands and it fits hand size perfectly.

I just bought my first guitar at and had no idea how weak my fingers were until this came in the mail. It's really well constructed. The rubber hand and finger pads are comfortable and prevent slippage. The adjustable resistance just seals the deal. I absolutely recommended this if you need massive gains in your digits!!!

Due to an injury years ago, I need to use this just to keep the strength I have . It works very well .I highly recommend it, even if you are not injured just to build up hand and finger strength. I actually saw this first at p. T. All I can say is , it works very well. It has more then doubled my guitar playing time.

I bought this to keep calluses going during longish periods of downtime. What I found is that it is an amazing tool for working little finger and ring finger dexterity. At first I thought the adjustments were going to be gimmicky, but it is super cool to be able to spin one just a little tighter all the time.
