This is a great pedal for clean tones , adjust slowly to get the tone you require really good when combined with a compressor and clean amp , JC40 or fender deluxe reverb

Im pleased to report that this new model with SMT tech, made in Malaysia, is noiseless. It does not have the nasty bleed through like older models that required a mod.it'll do.

I bought this to try and solve some of the feedback issues I was having live with my acoustic dreadnought - very boomy at the low end. Does the job of removing those frequencies well, in addition to the +/-12 DB boost which acts as a pre amp and saved some additional space on my board. Good solution at a great price.

These Boss GE-7's have been around forever and with very good reason. They're priced right, they're built like a tank like most Boss pedals and they just plain work. I run mine in the effects loop and depending on the track, it's either always on or I'll use it as boost. There's not much more to say about an EQ pedal. You could spend a lot more to do the same thing but I'm not sure why you would.
