Ordered pedal, received emails of order and shipping notices. Really like how B&H does things. Great service. Pedal is nice and heavy so it does not move on floor. Performs as expected as used on an electric piano.

This pedal works perfect. B&H offers it at a great price.

I hope that it is working fine for the person I bought it for as a gift. I did use it briefly when I dropped it off and it worked just fine. Doing what it is supposed to do with a Yamaha keyboard. I like the new addition of the rubber grabbers on the bottom to help eliminate sliding of the pedal. Musical Background: I've been playing acoustic guitar since the mid 1970's and still am. I also play a little keyboard - self-taught. Musical Style: I have been since the later 1970's involved with Christian Praise & Worship leading.

To be completely honest, this is not what I expected. I thought that it would work the same way as a sustain pedal on pianos, but it works a little different. You just plug into the slot in your keyboard and it automatically sustains the notes, and you have to press the pedal down in order to get the notes to go back to their original length. That's fine with me, and if I had known that that's what it does, I still would have bought it. I don't know if this is what other pedals like this do as well; I haven't had any of them before. So I can't pretend to know about that. But it is really useful, and it gets the job done beautifully. Even if it is a little backward for me. I really enjoy using it, and it helps make beautiful music.

I bought this in conjunction with the wk500 but the problem is it is not compatible, the pedal is a normally closed switch and the wk500 uses the normally open type switch. The pedal has no way of changing polarity/function so it is no good as a sustain pedal for the wk500. I would recommend this pedal but not for a casio.
