Very solid phone with large white numbers on black background you can also turn the volume up for incoming/outgoing calls.only problem is the handset rest is very shallow and the handset is easily knocked off without realising it. Also there is no information in the manual on how to change the ringtone.i have e-mailed Doro twice about this and have been totally ignored.

The phone was for my wife who has hearing problems. The phone is excellent. Pity about the non UK connection cable; hence dropping one star
