Bosch DÆKSEL MULTIKLIP ADVANCED ROTAK 42-46CM

I've used this Bosch grass trimmer on rough grass and weeds and it's done the job well. It's easy to hold and manoeuvre. So far it's only needed charging once in a few days. The blade supplied has held up well but will probably need replacing after a few more cutting sessions. The only niggle is that it's sometimes a little awkward to keep the safety catch on when pressing the trigger to start it up. Perhaps I haven't got used to this yet. All in all pretty satisfied.

Bought this trimmer a couple of weeks ago - never used it yet due to the weather but thought I'd better get some spare blades.. Disappointingly, they don't seem to be available from Homebase or any other retailer -Not even from the manufacturer. So as it's potentially useless, I'm having to return it to the store.. Great shame.

Bought this unit 11/10/2013 mainly for edging my lawn. This expensive unit was incapable of the task.

Two people have tried to put the guard on but have been unable to do so. I shall have to take it to a Homebase store to see if they can do it!!! Let's hope it works better than it fits together!

Excellent strimmer - well-balanced, long battery life, adjustable angle of cut and length of handle; easy to change blades; really gets the job done - well worth the money.
