Dreame MQBA10, Gräsklipparblad, , Silver, 12 styck

I've had this for a week. I keep getting repeated "wheel errors" despite there being no obvious problem. I emailed Dreame, and they told me to email Mova for support. I email Mova telling them Dreame had referred me, and it was for a Dreame A1 Pro. They insisted on having all contact details, serial number, phone number, address and invoice. I supplied this. Then they said they can't help me, and to go back to Dreame. I wouldn't touch this product until support in Australia is more robust, especially given the price.
