Described by some as the grand-daddy of hedge-cutters, this will cut wood in your hedge and shrubs over 2cm thick. It's a bit heavy so it might be too heavy to use for some people . Makes light work of a long, laborious job with secateurs and scissor-type shears. Ensure that you spray it with anti-resin inhibitor after each session or it might not work next time as it could jam up. I also paint the blade lightly with clean engine lubricating oil to stop rusting in this damp climate; better than WD 40 as it's thicker. Good strong electric motor. Up to the usual Bosch build quality. Recommended. AAA+++

Long blade, great reach, good cutting power. A touch heavy due to longer blade so needs more care when handling.
