This thing sucks The bottom part keeps falling off and coming apart, not easy to use and the maintenance of the thing is way harder than mopping the floors old school. It's ok when it works, but definitely not worth full price

I've just started using the Dyson WashG1 and so far I'm really impressed. There is definitely a learning curve with the technology, especially when it comes to refilling and maintaining the water tanks, but the step-by-step instructions on the display make it manageable. The cleaning performance itself is excellent—the floors are left clean without feeling sticky or overly wet. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it so far.

Long term Dyson user and fan but what an absolute bust from these guys. Flawed design, particularly when you have to take the tray and rollers out to clean, water drips everywhere on your clean floors while then unit leans on an angle, just not thought out as you come to expect from Dyson. Easy to set up and that’s pretty much all I can review favourably. Machine did not clean floors well, did not pick up the light soiling regardless of the moisture setting and on its third time using now does not work, clean water not getting through and now it has to go back for repairs. Bought it at half price on sale and if I was offered to buy another one for an even greater discount I would not waste my money, honestly a hand mop and bucket is just as effective. Bitterly disappointed and sadly I cannot return for a refund as it’s outside the 45 day period!

I cannot love this machine more. The mop and bucket has been demoted to the cupboard simply because the WashG1 is a substantial improvement. The charging tray and it's design means I placed it in a convenient place in the kitchen (central point) and it isn't out of place next to our water cooler. I would NEVER have placed a used mop and bucket in plain sight. Our wood floors are cleaner and hygenic with simple water and convenience. I have liked Dyson as their cleaners simply work as promised and this was pricey for us. I consider in a 'you get what you pay for' world, this 'mop' is worth every cent.

Easy to use and cleans n mops all in one pass. Easy to clean. Filling can be a fit cumbersome
