Decided to try out a Dyson opposed to staying with a different supplier. Absolutely right choice as our carpets are coming up like new using the Dyson V12 Detect. Likewise, using on hard flooring the vacuum provides excellent results capturing all the debris. It is light and compact in comparison to our previous vacuum and was so easy to set up and use. Lots of handy tools included too. Really pleased with our purchase.

I should never have gone away from Dyson. Much easier to handle than the Shark Ninja, less maintenance and lightweight too. I even choose it over the robot vacuum cleaner.

My last Dyson was the V8 which is still amazing, but this one is better in every way I could think of. Awesome power for such a light & quiet vacuum, and the green light on the main head really shows off how much it ***** up. Love all the attachments and I'm sure this one will last a lot of years like my existing V8 (which is still going strong).

Superb vacuum - the laser light makes you wonder if your floors were ever clean and the hard flooring attachment is perfect. Very lightweight with the trade off of a rather small bin which requires frequent emptying but absolutely worth the weight saving. 10/10
