Philips emailed me asking to me leave a review. They have made unwanted contact. If i want to leave a review I’ll do it under my own volition and not be pressured in to it. This is effectively a bullying tactic hence 1 star.

Great little machine holds a charge and holds the cut hair in between the blade attachment.Well.

Great brand, great product...have had a similar model for years...decided to replace with the newer updated version.
