Mic just started hanging off by a wire couple days after purchase

Very good value headset. Had mine for over a year and they are still usablecomfortable and has a good mic. Recommend for people with a low budget that want a decent headset.

Received these quickly, they worked great with the xbox, no set up required. Fit my head and my sons head comfortably. Mic quality was noticeably improved by friends online. Had them for about a week and the microphone fell off. I contacted logitech and they promptly sent me a replacement item without any fuss. Broken set still work, just require some tape to keep the mic in place. Very pleased with the replacement product and the service provided to get it taken care of. The Astro A10 is such an awesome headset. CO comfy and the sound quality is great. Its also super flexible - I'm going to have a hard time breaking this headset

Good value for money! Bought them in 2022 and they're still great! Very good mid-range headphones! Earphones a little small, but beware of big ears!
