Sound quality is good, comfort is acceptable for this price. Good value for money, but don't expect too much.

The sound is very good. Microfone is very good . I bought it for zoom and I use it now for listening to YouTube and use it for online gaming. Very clear spacious sound with openness.

I purchased these Dec 2023, so about three months ago. The sound quality is fantastic, I have to say that. Sadly the mic became all static & started to cut out. The wires would get twisted a lot so I wonder if this was why. It made wearing them quite uncomfortable. Sennheiser brand headphones are great sound quality, I have a few of them. I really need to stress that. The mic on this really was disappointing though.

I have been searching for good, light, on-ear headset with mic. I really like the Koss KPH30iW, but they have a structural design flaw and they seem to always break in the same spot on the frame. For gaming, I use the excellent Sennheiser PC37X, so I thought I'd give this headset (EPOS Gaming Sennheiser PC 5.2 CHAT) a try. Unfortunately the sound quality is a lot inferior. The base is weak and the treble is overemphasized, so they are not good for music. The vocals sounds tinny, unnatural, and sibilant. Any high frequency sound like cymbals overwhelms and starts grating on your nerves after a while. I compared the same songs on the Koss and the bigger Senn, and those two sound much better with natural voices and solid bass. On the positive side, the microphone is very high quality and produces very clean sound. The headset is also very comfortable. I can recommend this headset for teleconferencing or maybe gaming, but don't use them for music or if you expect good sound in your games.

These are no longer made by Sennheiser, so the description is incorrect. I purchased these because they are listed as being made by :Sennheiser", but this is not correct. The Sennheiser name/logo does not appear on any of the packaging. Although listed incorrectly, they seem to be working okay, so I'm keeping them.
