HyperX Cloud Flight Wireless Gaming Headset erbjuder komfort och lång batteritid, men har begränsningar i ljudisolering och plattformsoberoende ljudkvalitet. Headset was delivered intact and in a timely fashion. The headset itself is fantastic; brilliant sound quality, works both as a gaming headset, and also as my work headset - it works well with our phone software, something I was worried about, but needn't have been. Absolutely no complaints here, definitely recommend, and great value for money in my opinion.

I have used this for a good year and I will say that the quality never disappoints me. However, this does rely on a USB stick to have the wireless functionality to work. Since this product is discontinued, you have to buy an entirely new headset. I reached out to Hyperx about a replacement and they refused to have one, let alone sell one. If you change it into a wired headset, the microphone will NOT work. So you need to buy a separate microphone if you still plan on using it as a wired replacement. Now, I decided to eventually sink into buying another new one. I was extra cautious with that if I ever had to move. When I disconnected and reconnected, now I end up having issues from the headset randomly disconnecting to the microphone sensitivity just shutting down (despite full battery). I feel mixed about this product ever since I brought the 2nd headset and when I unplugged it and moved to a new place.

Really like these headphones but after a little more than a year the volume control stopped working. Support quickly identified it as a failed potentiometer. Got the impression that this was not the first time he'd seen this problem. Of course, since it was over one year since purchased they wouldn't do anything about it. This irks me when a manufacturer will just walk away from a problem because the official warranty period has recently passed. They would be better served to eat the cost of repair / replacement and stand behind their product IMHO.
