Good Points: Comfortable, good sound, good pickup on mic. Improvement Points: Only lasted 2 days before they broke, something fell off inside the right earpiece and they stopped working from that side. Poorly made.

Good Points: Seems fine so far but only had it a few days and only used it once Improvement Points: Will have to wait and see how comfortable they earphones are with more prolonged use

We use this headset at work. Last October mine stopped working and I purchased a new one on amazon. 3 months later the mic stopped working. Very annoying. It's a good headset when it works; sounds quality, fit, etc. But what's the point if not reliable?
