This thing worked great literally up until 2 weeks ago when my exchange/return policy with Amazon expired, Logitech dropped a new firmware to improve their better model headsets, in turn - screwed over every G933 user If you buy this - enjoy the long random beep, microphone unable to respond, headset requiring battery pulls to become functioning, and other painfully useless tasks that should not be necessary for a headset.

They have worked fine for about 3 months, and then suddenly stopped to work properly. I have always been satisfied by Logitech products, but these headphones have so many flaws I can't recommend them to anyone. Sound quality is absolute garbage. Most of the time, they sound like the speakers were replaced with tin cans. They have no bass and no mids. I have to shut them down and restart them 3-4 times before they actually deliver some good sound. Battery life is laughable. They barely offer 6 hours of battery life with the lights turned off, and take 3 hours to recharge. Maybe i'm the only one with these hardware issues, so your experience may be different than mine. Otherwise, they work just fine when used with the 3.5mm jack that comes with them, and the ludicrously long usb cable that ships with them is nice to have. I will never buy Logitech headphones ever again.

So this is my 2nd g933 headset. First one was under warranty so they replaced it free of charge. The original one had an issue where the on/off button would jiggle with the slightest bit of head movement, seeming to cause the surround sound to toggle on and off - very annoying while gaming. So I went through the whole process, waited weeks to get my new headset, and roughly 8 months later the EXACT same issue. I have taken incredibly good care of both headsets and am very dissapointed. Needless to say I will never buy a logitech brand product again. Your money would be MUCH better spent on other well known gaming brands. OTHER ISSUES - .severe crackling in mic when trying to engage .difficulty engaging mic, have to re-engage it multiple times to work

The quality of the headphones is just acceptable for me. The buttons on the back rattle when I move my head, and sometimes I hear random beeps from the software (not sure why). Also, there is always a constant white noise, whether audio is playing or not. You can set it to turn off, but then you have to "wake it up" which isn't very reliable (takes a while to respond, ear piercing beeps and loud volume after turning on. Other than that, I think the sound quality is good, and the headset is quite comfortable. I was initially annoyed by how tight it was, but it took about a week to get it stretched to the right size for my head. I am also satisfied with the battery life so far, and I hope it doesn't degrade over time. If you get the headset, make sure to turn off RGB. You won't be seeing it from your point of view, and it divides battery life by half.

Très satisfait, parfaitement compatible avec la PS4 en bluetooth. Aucun bruit de son ( ou crépitement) quand on bouge la tête. Je trouve qu'il a un très bon son, le son tourne bien dans le casque, bonne basse, le micro fonctionne très bien aussi. vraiment confortable malgré sa taille (un peu gros et un peu lourd ) mais ça me dérange pas. sur ma tête il bouge pas, ne glisse pas non plus vraiment confortable. C'est mon premier casque Gaming bluetooth avant j’étais en filaire et je regrette vraiment ce modèle. Qualité impeccable et prix raisonnable.
