Rick Del Greco (verified owner) – March 12, 2026 I replaced my Poly 4210 with a Poly 4310 and I love the new headset. It works better than the 4210 with 8×8 Work, my phone platform. It also seems lighter and slightly smaller. Sound quality is great. Very satisfied with selection, checkout and receipt of the headset.

I really enjoy this headset. It fits my needs for my home office and gives .e the needed freedom to walk around without being tethered to my desk.

The audio is great, and the customer's cannot hear any back ground noise going on in my office. (even music playing close by)

This headset has been fantastic to use. It allows freedom for me to multitask between working on my computer assisting students and working within the radius area of connection at other tasks and still communicate with students and staff. I was concerned about calls connecting quickly and having a cordless headset would cause any delays and it doesn't. I can answer and transfer calls with no hassles. I travel from one "office space" to another weekly and this week put it to the test by working with a lot of people in one space and still working comfortably and successfully.
