Yealink WH62 Mono är ett trådlöst DECT-headset med imponerande räckvidd och mycket bra brusreducering, idealiskt för kontor och hemarbete. Headsetet är lätt, bekvämt och håller länge på en laddning. Mikrofonljudet är tydligt och professionellt, men kan ibland låta lite platt jämfört med dyrare modeller. Observera: Du hör fortfarande omgivningsljud själv, bara motparten får nytta av brusreduceringen. Headsetet är enkelt att ansluta till dator och Yealink-enheter, men erbjuder bara mono-ljud. Bought 10 to replace our Plantronics CS540. Sounds is incredible and the dual function PC/Phone is perfect for us. No longer need an expensive EHS40. Directly plug USB to the back of the phone.

C’est le 2e casque que j’ai acheté. Le premier fonctionne bien, le 2e est défectueux et il n’y a aucun son lorsqu’on décroche le combiné. IL EST IMPOSSIBLE DE SE FAIRE REMBOURSER! Aucun retour. C’est très très décevant

After few months it gave me some issues. The mute wasn't working properly and neither was the function of picking Cals while pressing button at head set. But came back to.normal again after few days. Not sure if an update was required or not.
