Jacques Bogart One Man Show är en klassisk grön chypre från 1980-talet med en kraftfull blandning av tall, kryddor, tobak och blommiga toner. Många entusiaster berömmer den enorma prestandan: doften håller lätt en hel arbetsdag och projicerar starkt, vilket har gett den rykte som en riktig “beast mode”-parfym. Stilen är tydligt maskulin och nostalgisk, med en tydlig barbershop- och old school-känsla som fans ser som tidlös. A soap mill (also known as a soap crank) is hardly seen hanging on walls these days, and when it is, it feels out of place, just like One Man Show Eau de Toilette . Clumsily, one turns the small, often somewhat loose and squeaky metal crank, and out falls the now ground hard soap. With One Man Show, it's somewhat similar: you press on the loose, cheap plastic and soap falls out. Old, merciless soap in liquid form and with a potency as if you had spent the whole day just turning the soap mill. You really have to want it, but the nice thing is: for the price, you definitely get an unparalleled fragrance experience. For me, One Man Show remains as pure decoration in the cupboard for 364.5 days a year ;-)

One Man Show Emerald Edition is dirt cheap but a great fragrance. It's the easiest of the One Man Show line to wear - to put it another way, it's got the least rough edges of the lot. After the brash opening, it settles down quickly into a herbal - leather - woody smooth, masculine scent that is really nice with surprisingly good performance for such a low cost. If a guy is looking for a safe introduction to leather/woody scents, Emerald Edition is an easy way to do it because the leather and cedar notes are quite tame. Emerald Edition can easily work at any time of the year, day or night. It's a very basic, pleasant masculine scent.

Absolutely love it. Very masculine woody pine scent with spices, jasmine, vetiver, rose, patchouli I can even pick up the germanium in this one ! Definitely a strong cologne so be careful with this one I'd recommend 3 sprays max. I love how this smells different than everything else out on the market these days it's good to get away from all the sweet citrus smelling colognes out now.

One Man Show is a parade of contrasts, a olfactory feast, and it is my go-to comfort fragrance that I will often spray on just before I go to bed. To my mind, this is the early 80s in a bottle. It's masculine and sharp but also welcoming and nurturing. The opening has a touch of sweetness that quickly evaporates into something incredibly dry. It is inexpensive, yet it somehow smells rich. I'd wear this more if I was a banker, I think, someone who is keen to find value and who has no time for nonsense. Get to the point. Say what you mean. Even the bottle is practical, yet stylized. One Man Show is the less pretentious cousin of Polo. You get far more than you pay for in a bottle of One Man Show.
