It's portable, throws a commanding voice, has easy operations for equalizer and volume, all is very straight-forward. I'm a little nervous about the somewhat-exposed control knobs on the back and should be careful of them when loading. No feedback issues, lots of volume, but if not on a stand, controls are a tad awkward to adjust. Mostly I'm a huge fan.

Lightweight, highly functional, inexpensive but don't expect amazing sound. Volume is impressive but sound quality is just OK, not bad, but not great.

I was tasked with finding a simple audio solution for a 500 student elementary school gym class. The budget was a $300 donation from the PTO. In the past the gym used a home shelf stereo system, which was pushed to the max to fill this full hardwood court. The new gym teacher also has a weak technology interest. This behringer unit fit the bill perfect. Plenty of volume, great warranty, simple Bluetooth connectivity, and a great price. This should last them a long time. I'm thoroughly satisfied, not just with this speaker, but with many of the thoughtful advances that behringer have made in the last 5+ years. Keep it up guys.

I have four of these B112MP3 boxes in my sound system rental inventory. I got tired of dragging around heavy boxes and amplifiers so thought I'd try these out. They sound great, have plenty of power, high output (SPL)are small, lightweight and sound as good as any upper end P.A. system of higher price and weight. I wasn't sure about plastic speaker boxes at first, but these are great, and durable, for the busy sound system rental business. Great for general purpose and foreground music but if you're going to be bass heavy as with a band or DJ you better plan on bringing a sub for the bottom end since the electronics in these speakers are designed to roll off and limit the bass at higher power levels in exchange for extended decibel output and reduced clipping distortion. Overall, a great speaker - especially when chained together in multiples. The inputs are designed to handle line or mic and are clean and reliable. The MP3 player is nice, too. I plan on purchasing more of these boxes.
